Learn how to form interactive, supportive, and high-performing teams with the essential team-building skills in this workshop. Team building skills are capabilities that help leaders develop their people into high-functioning teams. We will cover key competencies that will help you form positive relationships and achieve great results, including understanding and embracing agency goals; understanding assigned responsibilities; improving communication; focusing on active listening; taking stock of agency and personal strengths and weaknesses; fostering relationships between team members; and resolving conflict among team members. This workshop will be interactive, and you will leave with specific content that will help you improve your agency’s teamwork!
