Description

The transit regulatory environment continues to evolve, including regulatory updates and FTA-provided guidance and clarifications that have implications for transit agencies. All FTA recipients and subrecipients must be aware of these requirements to ensure their programs comply and to avoid deficiencies and costly corrective actions. This session will highlight the most recent regulatory changes with emphasis placed on "areas of concern" that pose significant risk to agencies.
