Description: This remote workshop, delivered in two 4-hour sessions, provides a practical, real-world look at how transit agencies can strengthen safety culture across their operations. Participants will explore how leadership commitment, frontline engagement, and clear communication all contribute to creating an environment where safety is a shared responsibility. The workshop will cover approaches to identifying and assessing risks and strategies for implementing proactive safety practices.
